Candidatul Ideal
- University degree (Economics or Financials and Accounting);
- Minimum 3 years experience in ︊︆︀︊︂︇︂︆︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎the Financial field or minimum experience in the Automotive Business;
- Deep knowledge of MC Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
- Highly developed analytical skills; Structured and independent way of working;
- Strong communication skills and "hands-on mentality";
- Ability to manage and build relationships;
- Language: fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage;
- Other skills: agility, active and open mind, curiosity, team-player.

We are looking for two profiles:
1. Financial Controller for the Product Controlling HUB
- Perform the series and project product cost calculation for Powertrain Products (engines, transmission, eATS, etc.) with verification of work schedules and bill of material including master data maintenance.
- Perform the transition of product costs and long-term cost development.
- Follow the timeline for planning phases for series and project products.
- Align and document the product portfolio per production location and per manufacturing / assembly line.
- Align and use the production volumes and times specified per product and cost center.
- Perform the budget Planning for series and projects cosidering:
- Production volumes and outsourced volumes
- Primary cost planning (Personnel Costs, Overhead Costs & Depreciation)
- Indirect cost centers and their allocation on direct cost centers
- Perform the analysing and transition of centrally calculated tariffs.
2. Financial Controller for the Budget Controlling HUB
- Execute the budget planning for current and upcoming years based on input factors and central given timelines and aligned with the respective business departments, along with own recommendations.
- Analyse the actuals compared to planned and target levels of personnel and general overhead costs for different departments.
- Align premises, input factors, methods and timelines with various business partners (departments).
- Enhance of standardization as well as digitalization of processes.
- Solve the operative tasks and issues of the assigned productive department.

The Sebes and Cugir manufacturing locations in Romania, which include the Star Transmission headquarters in Cugir and Star Assembly location in Sebes, are Mercedes-Benz AG wholly owned subsidiaries and are an important part of the Mercedes-Benz Cars global powertrain production network.
The Sebeş location assembles transmissions for Mercedes-Benz.
The Cugir plant is home to the production of gears, shafts, high-pressure pipes and mechanically processed components for engines, transmissions and steering systems, as well as a technology center with i.a. prototype production.
With support from the Romanian government, Star Transmission is one of the first Romanian companies to offer a dual education system based on the German model in Baden-Württemberg. As partners of the program, Star Transmission and Star Assembly offer practical training in their respected establishments.
