Financial Analyst

This role is responsible for providing timely financial analysis and management reporting/support to Pressure Management Europe, ensuring there is continued ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂excellent financial control, planning and analysis in addition to assisting the European Management team in ensuring the objectives of the Business Unit are met.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Assist with detailed analysis and reporting to aid the development and execution of Business Unit plans and strategies – including Annual Budgets, Profitability Review, Monthly POR, Capital Budget and Headcount Planning.
* Active participation in month end close routines (e.g. Financials and POR), ensuring major variances are understood, investigated and explained to management, and month end results are met in an accurate and timely manor.
* Take the lead for all elements of Headcount Analysis and Headcount Reporting for the Business Unit, acting as a unique and key contact for any headcount related aspects.
* Actively look after Bookings and P&L at Product Group level for PRM Europe and ensures consistency in reporting across the region.
* Assist in the preparation of Financial Presentations for the PRM Finance Director and other members of the European Management team.
* Prepare the reconciliation and maintenance of the Finance Power BI report shared with management on a monthly basis.
* Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by the FP&A Manager, Director of Finance or European and Worldwide management teams.
* Communicate optimally with direct management, WA HQ Finance personnel and WW BU Finance personnel.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in finance (preferable around 3 years).
* Good knowledge of accountancy (general ledger activities, budgeting, analysis, reporting and other related).
* Proficient in English.
* Excellent communication skills; willing to work in a team, to learn fast and with the ability to work on own initiative.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Knowledge of JDE, Oracle, HFM
* Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint or other tools)
* Other European languages.
