Candidatul Ideal

Travel expenses / Invoicing:
- Creating and checking travel expense reports, Initiating advance ︁payments
- Creating master ︁︈︂︂︂︁︂︁︂︄data in the travel expenses program Concur
- Checking submitted receipts against legal regulations and internal travel expense regulations
- Creation of invoices via SAP / Re-invoicing hours and ancillary costs to customers
Accounting and Administration:
- Outstanding Invoices / RO-Einvoice / Internal approval tool / filing
- Planing and monitoring payments
- Preparing Reporting Documents for Group Reporting Purpose
- Administrating Account recivable, account payable
- Contact person for suppliers regarding Invoices and payment status
- Support with various administrative tasks
