Responsibilities:
Managing service requests and repairs, getting quotes, completing documentation;
Preparing and overseeing the execution of PPM in compliance with ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︃local law, collecting protocols and necessary documentation;
Cooperating with local partners, negotiating prices and SLA, finding new suppliers;
Cost control, AOP preparation – R&M, utilities;
Signing agreements with local vendors;
Managing the database of agreements and contracts;
Monitoring and control of utility consumption, catching overconsumption, preparing accruals;
Local utilities contracts support;
Taking over NSOs, preparing snaglists, cooperating with Construction;
Managing FM one time projects;
Local warehouse management;
Managing equipment inventory and warranties;
Management of systems – e.g. SCADA, remote access to dishwashers and ovens, Jira;Maintaining and updating a database of service manuals and instructions for local market
