The following well-rounded skill set ensures the candidate can lead the F&B department efficiently, maintaining high standards of service, and adequately addressing the dynamic needs of running hotel’s food and beverage division & conference and events venue:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel with large conference center venue;
Well-versed in orchestrating large-scale events including congresses, expos, weddings, and corporate functions;
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field;
Advanced certifications or training (such as sommelier or culinary management);
Open to working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
Strong leadership qualities to train, organise, guide and motivate diverse teams;
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact with guests, staff, and partners with a passion for delivering luxury experiences;
Ability to adapt to ever-changing guest needs and dynamic event schedules;
Ability to organise and implement events in collaboration with Sales Key Account Manager;
Proficient in quickly identifying problems and implementing feasible solutions;
Efficient in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing multiple operations/events simultaneously;
Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities under pressure;
Rigorous with processes and quality control;
Capability to analyze financial statements, forecast revenues, and manage the P&L for both restaurants and the events center;
Advanced English is mandatory;
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite

The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of two premium restaurants and a large, dynamic conference and ︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄events center. High-profile events include congresses, expos, weddings, celebrations, conferences, and various MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain brand standards.
