Expansion manager

Ideal candidate to our team is a person with good analitic skills, likes mobile work, has very good personal organisation, comunication and negotiation skills. The position requieres actively search for the best locations for our clients, check locations and conduct conversations, collect information about locations, analyse and make decisions about the most accurate business location for our franchisees. Preparation of presentation for the client and keeping good relationships with our partners.

• you have a driving license category B and you like to drive a car

Your tasks will include:
• searching the area for the best locations for a small business with a gastronomic profile
• acquiring new outdoor locations for running our business;
• "screening" the site in search of information on rental opportunities, rent costs, legal and technical conditions of the site;
• supervising the process of renting a location;
• cooperation with Business Partners such as private owners, Shopping Malls, Retail Parks, Property Managers
• conducting talks and negotiations with landlords and maintaining business relations with contractors
• monitoring competition
• monitoring the profitability of rented locations
• preparing acquired locations for rent
• recording acquired locations in the CRM system
