E-shop administrator

• Experience in working with e-commerce backend platforms and social media is a plus;
• Conversational level in English is required; ️︌︋︅︃︈︋︋​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Fluency in English is a plus.

• Update the homepage visuals, banners, meta tags & descriptions for new site categories
• Support in executing specific SEO tasks, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︅​︀︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︁︃︀such as categories descriptions, content localizations etc.
• Set-up and execute local email campaigns using Contact Pigeon
• Translates & adapts newly listed products’ site descriptions
• Keeps physical store presence in Google up to date & accurate
• Support in executing overall social media presence and influencer marketing
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community & respond customer queries and complaints
• Helps with gathering social data/metrics, insights and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments (most importantly customer care) to manage reputation and solve specific issues; provide backup support in case of emergencies.
