Candidatul Ideal

  • Previous working experience at least 2 years of e-commerce CMS understanding of the disciplines required to
  • University degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing) or Management
  • Fluent in English

  • Understanding of OMS (order management/customer system)
  • Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS
  • Previous experience of Magento & ERP systems would be a plus

Descrierea jobului

​Responsibilities
  • Manage website configuration & parameters (payment options, stock management).
  • Answer email enquiries, resolving complaints and processing orders in ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︂an efficient and timely manner based on E-Commerce Customer Service Guidelines.
  • Cooperates with Distribution Center Manager overseeing the execution of online orders, reporting daily the performance results.
  • Works with the warehouse and WMS system regarding the management of daily customer orders. Manages the order cycle and monitors online orders.
  • Works directly with the E-Commerce Manager on new online and digital development needs. Monitors and updates the e-commerce platform agency on new projects and activities.
  • Controls the backlog of orders and organizes their execution.
  • Monitors the execution of order returns.
  • Monitors customers deliveries through courier's platform, contacting courier company in case of delays.
  • Controls the adequacy of packaging materials stock ensuring a monthly available stock and maintains a weekly inventory file.
  • Remains available according to ad hoc company needs (e.g. Traveling, store openings, bazaar, emergency, etc).
