Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your Profile

•Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or more than 5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
•Proficiency in CRM administration, including user setup, data importing, system customizations, SQL and security configuration
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues
•A proactive approach to communication and teamwork, and a strong customer-service orientation
•Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Your Tasks

•Lead and manage the technical aspects of our MS Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring it meets the organization's ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︁​︆︄needs; ensure all CRM requirements and settings follow standard practices and align with business objectives to maintain consistency and efficiency
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and advising on how to leverage standard CRM features
•Oversee system maintenance, updates, and changes to ensure smooth operations
•Identify areas for system improvement based on stakeholder feedback and market trends, creating smart, best-practice solutions
•Provide training, support, and documentation to enable business users to effectively utilize the CRM system and become self-sufficient

Minimum Salary Annual gross salary from € 51,686.43, based on professional qualification and experience.
