IT Project Manager (Pipedrive CRM Backend Automation)

We are looking for quality-focused IT enthusiasts who enjoy automating software systems and managing workflows. That is, create automations in backends or create new backends for: CRM systems (Pipedrive), multichannel synchronization for customers and own team (email, WhatsApp, etc.), invoice automation, WordPress, HTML, PHP, etc.
in short: IT Project Manager who will work on our backends and create automations. Additional learn and setup marketing activities like placing Meta, Google Ads and Retargeting Ads.
We partnered with a marketing consulting firm who will provide every new employee a learning platform in:
Branding, Marketing (Ads, Retargeting, etc.)

what we do? Tax advice for companies or private individuals, accounting, international taxation, company formation in Romania + ecommerce shops
salary: 4000 LEI minimum + commission bonuses up to 10k lei net salary per month.
When we mean earn more for quality of work in comission additional we mean it. Our employees earn between 5.000 and 12.000 LEI net.
