Customer Support Specialist

- Experience in customer support not less than six months;
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help people;
- Attentiveness, patience, and readiness to solve various challenges;
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work in a team;
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new programs;
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and quality customer support through various communication channels (chat, email, phone);
- Responding to customer inquiries, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈assisting with issues related to registration, bonuses, games, and technical problems;
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience;
- Handling questions related to withdrawals and account verification;
- Collaborating with other departments to quickly resolve complex customer issues;
- Providing information about new promotions, bonuses, and other casino offers;
- Maintaining customer request logs, tracking, and analyzing frequently occurring problems.
