- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Structured, ambitious and organised
- Takes initiative in completing tasks
- Performs well under pressure
- Proficient in Romanian, intermediate in English

- Answering customer's enquiries via email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards;
- Escalates customer queries to the relevant internal departments and external suppliers in order to get the query solved;
- Communicates proactively with the customer, providing relevant information to potential delays, relevant status updates on open cases;
- Ensures accurate reporting as per the internal process and monitors closure in line with customer expectation;
- Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work;
- Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them in player checks and other form of tasks
