Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the shipment of goods from the warehouse to customers
Communicate with customers to provide ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄shipment updates and address any issues
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Manage inventory levels and assist in forecasting future inventory needs
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solution
