Candidatul Ideal

Requirements:
● +3 years of experience in customer success, account
management, customer service, or related roles, with demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and
achieving customer satisfaction goals.
● Experience working in a B2B or SaaS (Software as a Service)
environment is preferred.
● Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop
actionable insights.
● Deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and pain
points.
● Ability to empathize with customers and advocate for their needs
within the organization.
● Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and
ensuring customer success.
● Experience in using customer success metrics and KPIs to track
performance and measure success.
● Previous experience in order management, logistics coordination,
or customer support roles preferred.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role opportunities:
The CE plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing,
shipment coordination, and logistics management ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀within an organization.
They serve as a central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and
external logistics partners, facilitating the end-to-end order fulfillment
process. This role will primarily focus on managing operational orders,
providing support to clients, and overseeing logistics follow-up to ensure
efficient and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns,
and requests related to orders and logistics.
● Perform system analysis and testing to ensure the accuracy,
reliability, and performance of platform functionalities and
integrations.
● Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client
inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other
communication channels.
● Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and
shipping, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
● Monitor order status and shipment tracking to proactively identify
and resolve any issues or delays in delivery
● Conduct trainings and onboarding materials and guidelines for
B2B clients
● Ensures product documentation and details accuracy on the
company’s websites (photos, descriptions, documentation,
comments, etc.).
● Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize and reduce
shipping costs.
● Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and client
interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement
solutions to enhance operational efficiency, platforms
functionalities and features, and customer satisfaction
