Key responsibilities include reaching out to assigned clients at least once every three months, with a target of making 20 ︁︈︂︂︄︄︅︃︂proactive connected calls per day focused on specific activities. Each outbound call has an average handling time of 3-5 minutes, encompassing preparation, the call itself, and follow-up tasks such as email correspondence and updating LARS notes. You will address all queries, issues, and requests from your assigned client, ensuring resolution unless handled by another agent during incoming calls. Building strong relationships with your client is essential, allowing you to provide personalized and effective support tailored to their needs.
