Credit Controller Pantelimon - Ilfov

Your qualifications:

• Finance / Commercial studies or equivalent;
• English language;

Your skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external customers at all levels;
• MS office (Excel advanced) and ERP interaction and knowledge; (Navision ERP would be a plus)
• Proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.

The role:

• Proactive collection of all receivables in line with credit terms, and support sales team when necessary to ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︅accelerate the collection process
• Monitor customer's payment performance and proactively seek to reduce payment issues
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with other departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
• Management of credit limits and customer analysis
• Account reconciliation
• Management of cheques and promissory notes
• Regular reporting to local and regional Management
• Assisting other members of the team and finance department as and when required
