Candidatul Ideal

FOR THE POSITION OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES :
● 5+ proven track record in marketing, PR or e-commerce
● Experience in the fashion or beauty industry will be a strong advantage
● Working experience from local Romanian marketing agency / media house will be an asset
● Excellent networking skills (marketing agencies, business partners, media)
● High level of responsibility and self-motivation
● Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
● Perfect understanding of Romanian advertising sector, together with fashion or e-commerce business
● Self-starter capable of taking the lead and achieving results with little supervision
● Very independent, self-motivated and responsible person
● Target-driven with can-do attitude
● Ability to think creatively and innovatively
● Flexible, approachable attitude with good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
● Proficiency in Romanian
● Very good English - written and spoken

ON THIS POSITION YOU:
● Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising / marketing activities
● Plan ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁and oversee together with media house and HQ assistance advertising and promotion activities including: TV / video, Social media, Print, Out of home, Content marketing, Blogs / Video blogs
● Responsible for effective ANSWEAR.ro PR policy and social media channel
● Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all activities. Represents company at business meetings, conferences, press / PR activities & events
● Perform the market research, competitor analysis, constant follow-up of industry (fashion & e-commerce) trends and transfer them into relevant & effective actions. Discover marketing opportunities by identifying B/M researches & consumer requirements
● Support business plan results: sales, margin, brand awareness
● Establish strategic partnerships & cooperations with non competitive brands (FMCG, e-commerce, telco, beauty and many more)
● Establishes and maintains relationships with industry (fashion, e-commerce, digital business) influencers and key strategic partners
● Manage marketing budget to deliver efficient return on investment
● Cooperate with the global marketing team based in Poland as well as sales and other departments to deliver plan results
● Report to Brand Marketing Team based in Poland, Krakow.
