Cost & Budget Engineer (Construction)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a civil construction or civil engineering faculty, or a related field;Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the field of civil construction;
• Use of programs for preparing estimates (Windev, Intelsoft/ Doclib, etc.) is an advantage;
• Experienced Microsoft Office package user (especially Excel), AutoCad is mandatory;
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Project to develop the Gantt Chart and other charts related;
• SEAP experience;
• Know how of execution technologies, as well as technical regulations and their specific construction legislation.

Skills:

• ​Excellent analytical, calculation and cost estimation skills;
• Negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• English language required;
• Valid driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing technical documentation and identifying project requirements.
• Calculating and preparing price quotations in accordance with technical specifications and ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂customer requirements.
• Drawing up estimates and specifications in accordance with the regulations in force.
• Requesting and analysing offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparing the necessary documentation for participation in tenders.
• Working with the technical and procurement departments to obtain the necessary data for the tender.
• Drafting commercial offers according to customer requirements and project specifications.
