Cost Control Timekeeper

• Exceptional accuracy in tracking and recording employee time and labor costs.
• Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of timekeeping records efficiently.
• Familiarity with timekeeping software and systems (e.g., SAP, Kronos) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with employees, supervisors, and payroll teams.
• Ability to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and issues quickly and effectively.
• Understanding of Labor Laws: Knowledge of relevant labor laws, wage regulations, and company policies related to timekeeping and payroll.

• Timekeeping Management: Accurately track and record employee work hours, ensuring all time entries are correct and complete.
• Labor ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︉​︁︂︈Cost Tracking: Monitor and report on labor costs, ensuring they align with project budgets and schedules.
• Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee wages.
• Timesheet Verification: Review and verify timesheets for accuracy, resolving discrepancies with employees or supervisors.
• Compliance: Ensure timekeeping practices adhere to company policies, labor laws, and union agreements, if applicable.
• Data Entry: Maintain and update timekeeping systems, entering data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on labor costs, overtime, and attendance for project managers and cost control teams.
• Record Maintenance: Keep organized records of all timekeeping data, including timesheets, leave requests, and attendance logs.
