Continuous Improvement Specialist - Bosch Production System,

Your valuable contribution to something big:

• As a part of the Bosch Production System Team:
• You develop, define, publish and update BPS plant standards according to specific expertise
• You will provide specific Bosch Production System trainings to associates
• You develop workshop concepts that meet customer desired outcome needs
• You will evaluate & reward employee suggestions for improvements

* Position also open for CljP associates willing to develop cross-functional in BPS department

• Above 3 years experience in continues improvement role within automotive area is a big advantage
• Demonstrated ability to train associates
• General knowledge of production systems
• Basic knowledge of production processes

Languages:

English – level C1
