What are the responsibilities?

managing the construction project in accordance with the construction project, the critical path and the ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈budget, cooperation with the Real Estate and Construction departments,
representing the company in contacts with authorities, the lessor and contractors,
searching for appropriate contractors, participation in negotiations, acceptance of works,
completion of full as-built documentation,
organizing external consultants/supervisory inspectors - if and when needed,
performing the duties of an investor's supervision inspector in the construction industry,
supervision of externa companies working on the site.
