E&I CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• Know-how: construction activities in the field of electromechanics;
• Training/ professional field: Engineer (bachelor's degree in a related field) or equivalent;
• Work experience as Construction Manager: at least 5 years, preferably gained within the field of electromechanics (expert knowledge of piping & mechanical is essential);
• Foreign language skills and level: Romanian (native), English (advanced);
• MS Office skills and level: MS Office – very good;
• Driving license, cat. B;
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Personal skills: Self-confidence in his relations with clients, suppliers and partners;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects;
• Open-minded, loyal, flexible and an with the ability to compromise;
• Availability for alternate jobs;

• Organizes and coordinates all activities in the field necessary for the execution of electromechanical works;
• Review the technical specifications, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄related risks and opportunities in the contract;
• Manage the construction teams as well as the subcontractors;
• Ensures compliance with objectives related to deadlines, costs ︁and quality by subordinate staff;
• Organizes and coordinates the administration of materials, equipment and tools necessary for the activity;
• Provide technical assistance for the departments participating in the implementation of the project on site;
• Resolves complaints regarding the quality of the works performed;
• Propose adequate actions to recover any delay;
• Ensures the interface between the client's representatives and third parties;
• Take responsibility on monitoring extra works and their impact on planning and cost;
• Prepares activity reports for management;
• Maintains quality standards;
• Complies with IMS provisions;
• Complies with the legal provisions of Law 319/2006, Law 307/2006;
• Knows and complies with the provisions of the environmental standards, norms and legislation within his field of activity;
