Clients Request Specialist with Romanian OR German

• Fluent in German OR Romanian (C1 level);
• Very good command of English (B2 level);
• Previous customer service experience is a plus;
• Availability and flexibility to work in shifts.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various channels;
• Manage different requests and provide accurate information about products and services;
• Assist users with account creation, password recovery, and profile updates;
