Candidatul Ideal
- English and French at an advanced level (B2+/C1);
- Used to work in demanding and international environments;
- Mastered office tools and comfortable with computer applications;
- Knowledge of payment methods or cash management;

Descrierea jobului
• Respond to all Customer requests, whether they are requests for tracking/searching of flows or transmitted operations, or requests for ︁︈︁︁︉︁︃︄︂︀︈explanations of incidents.
• Analyze the needs, inventory the services and products to which the client subscribes.
• Telephone support (~10%) and email support (~90%) (during the remote transmission of banking transactions from clients and locations).
• Diagnose incidents or issues reported by the Client, monitor them until they are resolved. To do this, it will be necessary to use and familiarize yourself with the interfaces for accessing the various flow management applications made available by the 3S after-sales service.
• Communicate to the Service Manager the elements that allow them to develop "reporting" of service activities both for management and for the Client.
• Training of new resources.
• Participation in Compliance actions within controls regarding sanctions and embargoes.
