You have a completed degree in Computer Science/Technology or acquired IT skills via other ways.
BYOD, COPE, MDM, VDI, MIP & ATP etc. are not cryptic acronyms for you.
You work pragmatically, actively contribute with creative ideas and your team can rely on you.
You have the ability to work independently and are curious and enjoy challenges.
You have good German and/or English skills, both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities:

You prepare SSL certificates.
You will take responsability for the delivery of SSL certificates to the service/application ︁︀︂︃︃︇︉︆︄owners or customers.
You ensure the maintenance and documentation of non-autoenrolled certificates in the BPS (certificate management tool).
You processing of certificate incidents and orders
You ensure incident and problem management at 2nd and 3rd level support.
