Are you an experienced purchasing professional looking to make an impact in retail? We are seeking a Category Manager to develop and implement strategies for our fresh products category. If you have a strong background in retail purchasing and category management, we’d love to hear from you!

✔️ Higher education, preferably in marketing or economics.
✔️ Fluent English – both spoken and written.
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing-related role in retail (fresh product experience is a plus).
✔️ Strong market knowledge and ability to build a comprehensive product offering.
✔️ Negotiation expertise and a results-oriented approach.
✔️ Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
✔️ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Strategic Implementation – Assess category needs, source trade offers, and present development strategies to management. Ensure execution of pricing and promotional plans.
🔹 Commercial Negotiations – Achieve negotiation objectives, conduct supplier negotiations, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
🔹 Performance Monitoring – Track category performance, analyze supplier settlements, and ensure optimal product availability.
🔹 Market Analysis – Monitor competitors’ assortment and pricing strategies to enhance our market position.
🔹 Administrative Tasks – Manage product documentation, promotional plans, and maintain supplier communication.
