🔹 Strategic Implementation – Assess category needs, source trade offers, and present development strategies to management. Ensure execution of pricing and promotional plans.
🔹 Commercial Negotiations – Achieve negotiation objectives, conduct supplier negotiations, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
🔹 Performance Monitoring – Track category performance, analyze supplier settlements, and ensure optimal product availability.
🔹 Market Analysis – Monitor competitors’ assortment and pricing strategies to enhance our market position.
🔹 Administrative Tasks – Manage product documentation, promotional plans, and maintain supplier communication.
