We’re looking for an energetic and organized person, ready to plan business trips for internal employees in our group, ensuring a seamless experience! If you're looking for a place where each day brings a new challenge and growth opportunities, you've found the right spot!
What You’ll Do:
Plan and organize trips for our employees: booking flights, hotels, transfers, and cars, while also managing costs.
Find solutions for each trip, update spreadsheets with organizational details for every journey, validate invoices, and suggest new vendors.
Provide support to our employees during their travels, ensuring they have everything they need—from medical insurance to emergency contacts.
Communicate effectively with the operations manager about any changes: cancellations, rescheduling, or emergencies.
What We’re Looking For:
Completed higher education.
Strong French skills (minimum B2-C1 level). Knowledge of English is a welcome plus.
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in tourism or administration.
A passion for organization and travel planning.
Excellent organizational and task-prioritization skills.
