• Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in the logistics sector for at least 5 years, with a deep understanding of storage, warehousing, and supply chain management.
• Sales Skills: You’re an experienced sales professional with a track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
• Strategic Thinker: You’re able to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and expand the logistics footprint across Romania.
• National Focus: Although based in Bucharest, you’re comfortable managing projects and client relationships at a national level, particularly in Timișoara and Cluj. Open to national travel and committed to going the extra mile as required.
• Exceptional Communication: You’re a confident and persuasive communicator, able to build relationships and present logistics solutions to key stakeholders.
• Problem Solver: You’re resourceful, able to overcome challenges, and always looking for innovative ways to meet business objectives.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.Driving License: A valid category B license is required for national travel.
