Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ years in business development, sales, or a related role.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Calls:

Participate in sales calls alongside senior team members.

Progressively take the lead ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁on sales calls to present our services effectively.



Proposal Preparation:

Develop compelling proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with company capabilities.



Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms.

Monitor and report on social media performance metrics.


Team Collaboration:

Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to align on goals and address any concerns.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.



Partner Relations:

Establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.



Agency Growth:

Proactively identify new markets and client segments.

Develop strategies to increase company visibility and market share.
