Business Controlling

What do you need to have (Desired Skills and Experience):
Academic degree in Economics;
Advanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Fluent in English is mandatory;
Experience in project management or project controlling is considered an advantage.

Business Controlling is responsible for target costing, updating relevant systems with financial information, cost post calculation and supports the team ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︆︃in all issues.
The main goal is to understand, evaluate and track the development of the manufacturing costs and sales price and drive the achievement of the target costs to secure the economic future of the business.

What does Business Controlling do?
Management reporting, financial and profitability analysis, variance analysis;
Oversee the execution of the company budget;
Cost control, cost analysis based on contracts, internal procedures, processes and standards;
Periodical analysis and update of the standard production cost;
Calculation of business cases and investment requests;
Adhoc analysis for leadership;
Preparation of different reports (AER report, KPI report, accounts payable report, outgoing invoices report, incoming goods report), extra analysis and reports clarification;
Creation of transparent and comprehensible Management Summaries and Presentations;
Continuous support for the process improvement.
