Bartender

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or high-end bar.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Guest Interaction:

Greet and engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Bar Operations:

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking supplies.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the bar and restaurant team to ensure seamless service.
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
