We are seeking a dedicated Organizational and Operations Assistant to support Valentina, Co-Founder at eCommerce Today. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic eCommerce agency. You will play a key role in assisting with proposals, client communication, HR tasks, and general operational support.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Organizational and Operations Assistant to support Valentina, Co-Founder at eCommerce Today. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic eCommerce agency. You will play a key role in assisting with proposals, client communication, HR tasks, and general operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft proposals and client-facing documents.
- Manage client communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear updates.
- Support small HR tasks, such as preparing onboarding documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties, including organizing meetings, scheduling calls, and maintaining reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support ongoing projects and tasks.
- Provide general marketing support, including research, data management, and reporting.
- Maintain task priorities and deadlines, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
