ERP SALES & FINANCIAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with Office 365 platform and ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• 4+ years of hands on, ERP experience (F&O & BI knowledge a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to manage various projects/requests/issues both independently or as a team player

Role’s Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the ELTON Group IT Support Team, based in Bucharest Romania, you'll be at the leading edge of managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of our organization’s hardware and software applications, and of managing the full lifecycle of the various IT projects of ELTON Group, both locally and along the Group entities:

• Manage day to day operations support of Office 365 platform in Romania
• Find solutions and provide support to KEY/END users
• Actively participate in ERP implementation through Plan, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live and support phases
• Work closely with external consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption
