Candidatul Ideal

What will the successful candidate have?
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales and relationship management (for example ︉︄︇︀︈︃︂︋​︇️︃︌​︁︁︎️​︊︉︂︁​︄︊︄︈︃︈︁︊︎️︊︊specific experience from retail financial services or retail / e-commerce B2B sales, sales of POS devices and systems to mid-market retailers, or experience from financial institutions working with SMEs);
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business or similar);
  • At least a basic understanding of personal finance, consumer loans, e-commerce, digital payments ecosystems, retail banking, credit card business, fintech;
  • Good understanding of B2B Sales, CRM processes and organization;
  • A driver`s license (B) and willingness to travel across the country;
  • Willigness to travel and support our partner's shops in the field;
  • Ambition and energy, driven to succeed and support merchants and improve Leanpay service;
  • Ability to provide great customer service, ambition to excel;
  • Demonstrating the ability to identify the right sales improvement opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience, good problem-solving skills.

Main task

We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to join our team. The main ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︈︄︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈focus of a Area Sales Manager is to increase the merchant loan volumes by maintaining regular contact with shops, analysing the selling and customer journey processes, salespeople and customer communication, Leanpay branding and benefits, and suporting the shops in any other ways, like solving potential blockers and issues.

What will the Area Sales Manager be doing?
  • Visiting shops and ensuring that they successfully use Leanpay solutions and provide added value to their customers (presentation of the Leanpay service for stores, communication of added value for stores and customers, support in the introduction of the Leanpay service);
  • Helping merchants to reach the shop's potential for issuing Leanpay POS loans;
  • Setting up and updating POS materials in shops, organizing and coordinating promotions in shops;
  • Providing live and remote assistance to shop personnel in the process of implementing and using Leanpay services and solutions (explaining process steps and Leanpay materials, providing phone support and Q&A etc.);
  • Assistance to merchants and sales personnel in solving any problems and challenges related to Leanpay products and services;
  • Presenting and introducing of best practices for shop personnel to help the consumer pay in installments with Leanpay (efficiently, fast, easily, responsibly), while upselling and cross selling the shop's merchandise;
  • Systematically monitoring the development of Leanpay POS lending volume in the shops, compared to the shop'a potential and actively making suggestions to improve the user and merchant experience and as a result increase the POS loan volumes;
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in B2B presentation and sale of Leanpay solutions to merchants, highlighting added value for shops and consumers;
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in the initial onboarding, training, and activation of shops;
  • Preparing reports for Leanpay services on the market, on activities carried out and results achieved in the development of the network of trading partners and on activities carried out and results achieved in increasing the number of users of Leanpay services.
