Our results are continuously growing, and the role of the Finance department is becoming more and more important. We stay as close as possible to the business, regardless of the nature of the tasks we need to complete. Structuring recurring transactions, increasing efficiency, and working in cross-functional teams to find the best solutions are just a few of our objectives.
How we’d like you to be:
- You have previous experience in data analysis;
- You have a degree in Economics;
- English – intermediate level;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with Qlik, SAP, or other databases is an advantage;
- Skills in planning, analysis, organization, dynamism, teamwork, attention to detail.
Descrierea jobului
- Preparation of sales files and uploading in SAP, ensuring full reconciliation between systems, to ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting records
- Uploading files with receipts from partners and reconciling the amounts in the file with those in the bank statement
- VAT verification based on regulations, as per product sourcing
- Reconciling accoounting accounts
- Providing information regarding customer balances
- Analyzing receivables and identifying the reasons behind their generation
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify potential risks and communicate them to the receivable owners
- Preparing specific reports for month-end closing
- Sending documents and reports to the internal and external audit departments
- Actively participating in development projects alongside other departments
- Attending meetings to analyze and improve operational and accounting processes
- Supporting the testing of applications / new features in projects specific to the workflow.
- Customer master data information update.
