Junior Accountant

• Daily Accounting Tasks: Prepare and manage daily accounting paperwork using Saga, including processing suppliers' and clients' invoices, and recording payments and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Financial Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and enhance all financial accounting documents in compliance with current legislation.
• Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure accuracy in accounting records and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Reporting and Compliance: Report to local authorities (e.g., tax office) and manage the acquisition of necessary fiscal certificates.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with banking institutions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including annual and monthly reports, as required by accounting and tax legislation or company management.
• Legislative Updates: Stay informed about changes in accounting and tax legislation.
• Inventory Management: Organize annual inventory processes in accordance with current regulations.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as requested by company management.

• Educational Background: University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accountancy.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Saga accounting software.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills: Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work with deadlines and occasional overtime.
