- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment
- Good communication skills.
- Client management skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly situations for clients and in-house;
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns of the clients
- Develops and maintains a strong account relationship with all customers.
- Managing of requests & services for clients from A to Z
- Daily involvement in the industrial park administration
- Demonstrates good judgment about what to handle independently and when to ask for input/direction
- Data introduction, prepare and administrate databases, internal reporting, support documentations;
- Managing/prepare contract-related documentation and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
- Active participation and support in projects execution and implementation
- Support regarding environmental protection / waste management reporting.
- Contract monitoring & administration
- Performing all the necessary day to day activities as assigned by the Management
- Filing and organization of the documents (both paper and electronic) in a smart and proactive way.
- Maintaining an effective communication flow with all relevant internal departments
