Ideal Candidate
- economical or technical bachelor degree,min 5-6 years in supply chain and logistics,
- 3 years experience in managing specific operations and teams,
- knowledgeable in facilitating the SIOP process,
- experience in working with SAP,
- advanced knowledge of the English language;
- proven skills of analysis and synthesis on complex situations and efficient application of 6Sigma tools.
Job Description
- setting the annual budget and monitoring its implementation and compliance;
- planning, coordinating, executing and controlling specific processes, for aligning order volumes with inventory and operations, therefore shaping an efficient planning of internal resources;
- ensuring alignment of the plant’s results with corporate reporting requirements (i.e. for capacity, inventory, etc.);
- coordinating logistics activities, production and suppliers planning and delivery of products to the factory's customers;
- providing support and advice for the definition of transport flows; establishing and managing the annual budget for transport expenses and monitors its compliance;
- implementing best supply chain practices, to ensure product availability and optimization of the resulting cash flow;
- establishing, implementing and ensuring the best practices for inventory optimization, delivery performance to the customer;
- managing the accuracy of the unit inventory;
- managing human resources management processes in the area of supply and logistics.
