Your Future Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our EMEA Supply Chain & Procurement Legal Teams as regional Senior Legal Counsel, collaborating closely with a highly effective EMEA Legal team to develop and communicate policies, laws, and regulations that support and ensure sustainable business operations.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will act as a trusted and dedicated advisor for the Supply Chain & Procurement teams on a wide range of legal, compliance and governance matters across the EMEA region, including topics relating to Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EHS, Labor Relations.

As an active member of the EMEA Legal team, you will lead key activities and act as a subject matter expert, using your technical knowledge and influencing skills to engage with internal and external partners. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies, including the Business Conduct Manual and Anti-Bribery policies.


Job Description

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Have a complete ownership of the legal Supply Chain & Procurement matters across the EMEA region including:
Contribute to the strategic discussions, projects and activities of the Supply Chain & Procurement leadership teams. Be a key contributor to allow the strategic objectives to be fulfilled.
Take primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and implementing business relevant agreements and templates across the EMEA region, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies and legal standards.
Ensure policies, and applicable laws and regulations are communicated to the organization to secure sustainable business.
Oversee and manage litigation and investigations in EMEA in assigned business areas.
Manage and ensure alignment with outside counsels to secure the interests of the organization in line with budget.
Provide training and coaching on legal policies and guidelines, legislative aspects in general, new regulations and related overall responsibilities for the company, business, and functions.
Act as mentor and point of contact for other Legal Team member.

To Join Our Team, it will require you having:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Law, with admission to practice law in an EMEA jurisdiction.
Over 10 years of professional experience as an attorney (including experience in a law firm) and as in-house legal counsel within a business setting.
Strong expertise in contract drafting, along with a deep understanding of corporate, procurement, and supply chain legal matters.
Proven experience in corporate environments, including international exposure and familiarity with reporting structures in a matrix organization (dual reporting)
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
Proven ability to make informed decisions and tackle challenges in collaboration with executive management.
