Studio Support Engineer (Online Casino)

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of video tract delivery (TV/Video production experience highly appreciated);
Experience working with video streams, sound and light equipment;
Strong knowledge of structured cabling system (LAN, SDI, Power);
1 year experience of installing and cable laying patching skills
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays;
Experience with Windows/Linux maintenance;
Strong knowledge of networking and electricity;
Understanding how to work with project drawings;
Knowledge of audio/video hardware and software.

Nice to have:

Experience with Linux maintenance;
Ability to keep an eye on modern solutions and can assist with implementation;
Ability to find solutions, create solutions, think critically, and find the best way to solve difficulties.

Responsibilities:

Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of studio equipment;
Responding promptly to service issues and requests (at Jira software);
RnD, testing new technology;
Maintaining and fixing assets inventory;
Know and follow internal processes;
Track open tickets, prioritize and document resolution of requests.
