For Store Manager position:
We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry.
︎︄︂︋︌️︌︌︉︉︁︁︁︁︎︎︈︎︆️︍︎︅︋︉︋️︍Minimum 5 years of experience in women's apparel.
At least two years of managerial experience
You should be self-motivated, inspire your team to work well as a team leading by example and deliver outstanding results.
You should have a proven ability to maximise profitability. Sales-oriented, organised and tenacious, you are a problem solver, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes.
For Sales representative position:
Identification and prospecting of potential clients
Presentation and promotion of our products/services
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new relationships
Support the store in reaching its objectives through friendly and efficient customer service, and by maintaining excellent product presentation standards
Participating in activities related to updating inventory and promotional materials
Initiating and maintaining relationships with the store's customers
Receiving/transferring goods within the store
Placing and displaying goods according to internal procedures
Actively participating in the sales process
