• Graduate of Higher Education
• Demonstrated ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems

Job Description
• Assumes overall responsibility for the store
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide optimal customer service
• Ensures staff is trained and knowledgeable in beauty, product, customer service, merchandising and operations
• Manage in-store operational and Human Resources responsibilities while complying with company policies and procedures
• Regularly communicates with Direct Manager to discuss strengths, opportunities and trends in business
• Serve as a liaison between Retail Store and Office teams
• Identifies opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community and/ or industry events
• Develop and execute short and long-term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy
• Prioritizes, plans and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales
• Manages appropriate budget, inventory and stock levels
• Forecasts/ reforecasts business, focusing on productivity to meet sales goals
• Creates customer loyalty and creates and maintains relationships with the community
• Plans, coordinates, and executes all merchandising direction, campaigns and sales promotions in a timely manner
• Ensures pricing, signage and displays are correct at all times
