Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client portfolio, driving business growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key business executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting progress and insights to top management.
- Manage projects effectively, consistently exceeding customer expectations while adhering to both Greentek and client procedures.
- Work closely with Project Mangers to monitor implementation procedures, identifying potential schedule slippage or budget overruns, and proactively initiate corrective actions.
- Address technical issues alongside on-site teams and the technical department, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Provide structured and insightful feedback and communicate relevant business information.
- Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed at every stage.
- Review and approve work progress reports to ensure deliverables are met at the highest standard.
