Recruiter

• Min 3 years of mass recruitment experience;
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);
• A passion for recruitment;
• English proficiency (B2-C1);
• Spanish, French, Italian, or German skills are a plus (B2-C1);
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
• Advanced internet and Excel skills;
• Excellent social and organizational skills;
• Hybrid work option at our offices in Bucharest, Brașov, Sibiu, or Cluj.

• Source, screen, and select candidates;
• Post recruitment ads and track applications;
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates;
• Source through web, referrals, and networks to find qualified candidates;
• Provide feedback and guidance to applicants;
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers;
• Organize and participate in recruitment events (job fairs, workshops, etc.).
