- Location Scouting: Identify and secure real estate locations that align with our brand standards, development strategy, and objectives for Romania.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate agencies to ensure successful collaborations.
- Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations for new lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all internal and external processes related to real estate projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and prepare comprehensive market studies to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in real estate management or a related field in retail industry ideally.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Romanian real estate market.
- Fluent in English.
- Driving license B category.
- Bachelor´s degree.
- Excel in advanced level.
