Job Description
Supporting the Center Manager in all his activities and partially taking over some fields under the Center Managers supervision, this includes:
written and telephone communication with tenants, business partners and investors
active cooperation with the Suppliers/Agencies or other third parties
support in the planning, organization and implementation of advertising campaigns together with cost-effective budget management and preparation of post-campaign analysis
support for local marketers and tenants of shopping centers
organization of appointments that take place at the company's headquarters
office organization
management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
administration and archiving of lease agreements and annexes, monitoring of contractual provisions, preparation of reports
keeping records of tenants' transactions and preparing analysis
participation in meetings with management and center managers
management of open items
record keeping
