Requirements:
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Experience with Quality Management Software and Processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems and/or BI data analytics.
- Proficiency in Office technologies (Word, Excel).
- Hands-on experience in web and mobile application audits.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and CI tools.
- Familiarity with Kaizen practices, problem-solving techniques, and 5S processes at the facilitator and trainer level.
- Understanding of client environments and setting customer service standards.
- Ability to create test plans from specifications and verbal communications.
- Strong documentation skills, especially in writing technical reports in English

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S processes.
- Prepare work instructions, workflow charts, and quality procedures.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for quality improvements.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues, propose corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities, including estimation, prioritization, and planning.
- Conduct audits for web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality standards.
- Prepare technical documentation regarding issues and procedures in English.
- Detect production failures, leveraging FMEA for early defect identification.
