Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance procedures
Drafting of the Project Quality Plan, procedures and Quality Control Plans
Analysis of project quality data: Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Non-Conformity Report (NCR), Lessons Learnt
Advice and support during root cause investigation, corrective/preventive actions and change control of procedures and processes
Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality issues
Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Manage and control quality-related documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and standards
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and 45001 quality management systems
Stay informed of current quality standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, and sales, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle
dentify and recommend corrective actions for identified deficiencies in quality systems
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
