Your Profile:
  • Experienced management professional with 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively;
  • Previous experience in multinational/international companies is a plus;
  • Knowledge in HR administration and work legislation is advantageous;
  • Proficient in English at B2 level or higher (French is a plus);
  • Confident user of MS Office tools;
  • Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented in the face of change and challenges.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent the VEO Board locally, ensuring the implementation of strategic decisions, procedures and values within the Constanta branch;
  • Oversee HR and administrative functions for the local office, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
  • Manage relationships with local suppliers, negotiate contracts and oversee project planning to maintain site efficiency;
  • Drive local recruitment initiatives, organizing recruitment events and building partnerships to attract the right talent for our team;
  • Ensure seamless communication with all internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations;
  • Ensure the site’s infrastructure, technical resources and personnel align with the established budget and company standards;
  • Respond promptly to urgent or unexpected situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
